INTRODUCTION

We have developed a mobile application called Shree Mata Finance Private Limited("Application"/ "App") through which you may apply for a short term loan ("Loan") to be granted by various non-banking financial company, based on the loan agreement executed between you and LENDER. LENDER has appointed and authorized us to collect, store, authenticate, verify and distribute the Personal Information (defined below) as may be required by LENDER to sanction the Loan. The Personal Information shall be collected through the mobile application form ("Mobile Application Form") available on the Application.

We request/recommend you to read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand our approach towards the use of your Personal Information.

1. Collection of Personal Information

On your usage of our platform, we store and collection personal information, which is provided by you, from time to time. This is done to ensure you an efficient, smooth, safe and customized experience. This basically allows us to provide features and services, that fulfill your needs, and to help us customize the whole experience for you. We will collect personal information of the User. While some User information has to be mandatory provided, others are optional and certain portions of the information will remain private and some will be displayed to other users. You always have an option to not provide information, by choosing not to use a particular services or feature on the Platform. We may chose to track certain information, about you, based upon your behavior on our platform. The information may include, the URL from where you were directed, though the URL may not be on our platform, your browsing information, browsing pattern, IP Address. We may also automatically receive and collect certain anonymous information in standard usage logs through the web server, including mobile- identification information obtained from the equivalent of cookies sent to the App, including mobile network information, standard web log information, traffic to and from our App, tracking inside the App and any other available information. Most cookies are 'session cookies,' meaning that they are automatically deleted from your hard drive at the end of a session. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on the Platform and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session. In a case, where you chose to purchase one of our products, we may collection information about your buying behavior. On your transaction with us, we will collection information such as billing address, billing name , and from other payment instrument, such as, cheque , money orders, bank statements. If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us. If needed, we retain the said information, as necessary, for any future disputes, troubleshoots, or to provide customer support. Any personal correspondence, such as letter or emails, or any third parties correspondence, stating your activities or postings on the platform, we may collect such information. Furthermore, we collect PII, (Personal Identifiable Information), such as Name, Phone, Email, Payment Instruct Details, etc. The same is collected, once you set up your account with us. Please note, certain activities, on our platform, do require registration, though some actions can be browsed without being registered. We do use your information, to send you offers, based on your interests and buying patterns.

2. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

• 1.1. In order to provide our services to you, we will ask you to provide Personal Information that is necessary to provide those services to you. If you do not provide your Personal Information, we may not be able to provide you with our services.

• Financial information: We may collect information related to your transactions such as loan details, transaction history, repayment details;
• Device or SIM-related information: We may collect information related to your Device. For example, operating system, IMEI number, IMSI number, MAC address, Serial number, Shree Mata Finance Private Limited app version and type, Android version, Android ID, screen display information, screen size, density, device ID MD5, device ID SHA1, Wi-Fi information, device token, device keypad information, device manufacturer details and model name, network operator details, connection type, hardware usage information such as battery usage, and device temperature; and your advertising ID assigned by Third Party Service Providers;
• Application information: We may collect information related to your software usage. For example, your application ID, application list, application status record (e.g. downloading, installing, updating, deleting), installation channel (for example, via Google Play), application usage, etc.;
• Log information: We may collect information related to your use of certain functions. For example, cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, and crash information.
• Other information: We may collect some of your other Personal Information only after obtaining your additional explicit consent. • 1.5. No Biometric data is stored by Shree Mata Finance Private Limited.

• We may collect and utilize Call Log information through our application, Shree Mata Finance Private Limited, for the purpose of facilitating the loan application process. This data is crucial for verifying and processing your loan application efficiently. By using our services, you acknowledge and provide consent for the collection of Call Log information.
• We want to assure you that the collected Call Log information is solely used for internal purposes and is not shared with any third parties. Your privacy and data security are of utmost importance to us.

2. How the Personal Information is used
• 2.1. Personal Information is collected for providing the services to you, and legal compliance on our part under applicable laws. You hereby consent that we may process and disclose Personal Information to our Lending Partners, Third Party Service Providers (defined below) and our ecosystem companies for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

• Identifying Devices. Device related information and application related information may be used to identify Devices when you use our Mobile APP/ Website;
• Verifying user identity. Shree Mata Finance Private Limited uses your Personal Information to verify the user identity and to ensure that there is no log-in by any unauthorized persons.
• Managing risks and conducting anti-fraud checks. Device related information as well as your contacts, location and user information may be used to control risk, detect fraud and provide better services to you;
• Diagnosing service failures: Logs information may be used to help diagnose service or technical problems and maintain security.
• Conducting data analysis. Device related information and application related information may be used to analyze and develop statistical information on use of our services to improve our services provided to the User;

IMEI numbers will also be used to provide the push service to evaluate advertising performance and send notifications about software updates or new product announcements, including information about sales and promotions, which may be done with the help of selected third parties.

The information provided by the User is stored in access controlled facilities with restricted access. User Information transmitted over the internet is protected through the use of encryption. We cannot guarantee its absolute security and your use of the App is at your sole risk and discretion. We also cannot warrant that such User information may not be misused in the event our safeguards and protocols are breached by a malicious third-party. Further, We are not liable to nor can we fully control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information.You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, information, details or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your Personal Information.

FORCE MAJEURE:

This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of India and courts of law at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy without notice to you. You are encouraged to check this Privacy Policy on a regular basis to be aware of the changes made to it. Continued use of the Services and access to the Platform shall be deemed to be your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
